Alzheimer’s Ride for the Mind Committee Makes Donation
On Thursday, September 17, 2015, a check for $3,500 was presented to Foley Area C.A.R.E. by members of the Alzheimer’s Ride for the Mind Organization. “Motorcycle Ride for the Mind” was organized to help raise money for research and to aid those dealing with Alzheimer’s disease. Over $200,000 has been raised by this organization over the past few years. Funds presented to Foley Area C.A.R.E. will be used to assist people in our community who have family members that are dealing with this disease.
