Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)
Foley Area C.A.R.E. is the host site for Second Harvest Heartland NAPS (Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors). Distribution will be on the second Monday of each month at the C.A.R.E. office at 321 6th Ave. Foley, MN, from 11:00am – 1:00pm.
Who qualifies to receive food?
- Men and women 60 years and over
- Those who meet the income guidelines
What food is provided?
- canned fruit
- vegetables
- juices
- dry & canned milk
- American cheese
- canned meat
- peanut butter
- dried beans
- cereal
- rice
- instant potatoes
- pasta
What is required for certification?
- Recently postmarked mail with your name and address
- Knowledge of current gross monthly household income
- Picture ID or passport
